Ironhawk Endurance is excited to offer the Ironhawk Juniors Triathlon club, a free summer program for girls ages 8-14. Beginning on June 7, 2018 the girls will take part in a 12-week training program, which has been specifically designed by USA Triathlon Certified coaching staff, Brad Hildebrandt and Caryn Kusleika, with Ironhawk Endurance. The training program will start on June 7th with weekly group workouts every Thursday at 6 pm. The location may vary but most weekly workouts will be on the College of Saint Mary campus. The group workouts will focus on swimming, biking, and running. Most importantly is these workouts are for girls of ALL experience levels!! If you can’t swim or ride a bike, the team at Ironhawk Endurance is offering 1 on 1 sessions to help get you ready for Race Day! In addition, Ironhawk Endurance will provide equipment, from bikes and helmets to goggles and swim caps, to those in need. And yes, this is all 100% free to participants!
